SFI was awarded the Tripartite Certificate of Compliance with Labor Standards (TCCLS) by the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) with concurrence from the Bureau of Working Conditions (BWC), for being compliant with General Labor Standards (GLS) and Occupational Safety and Health Standards (OSHS) as validated by the Tripartite Certification Committee.

SFI employs a Corporate Safety Officer duly accredited by the Department of Labor and Employment as Occupational Safety and Health Practitioner to implement its safety and health policies.
