Job Position: Recruitment Assistant
Location: Quezon City
Job Description:

  • Design and implement a recruitment strategy
  • Receive manpower requisition form
  • Conduct behavioral interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule and filter candidates for open position
  • Collaborate with department managers/hiring managers on a regular basis for manpower requests
  • Endorse qualified applicants, schedule and coordinate interviews cooperatively with hiring managers
  • Assess applicant’s relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
  • Act as point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during selection process
  • Conduct background checking to ensure that the candidate has no pending issues that may affect the job
  • Extend verbal job offers of employment within company procedures
  • Manage the verbal job offer including negotiation and administration
  • Discuss and gathers pre-employment requirements before start date
  • Maintain recruitment metrics such as placements and customer service
  • Attend alignment meetings with the client, recruitment meetings and monthly reporting.
  • Provide analytical and well documented recruitment reports to the rest of the team
  • Attend calibration sessions with the client, recruitment meetings and monthly reporting
  • Ensure adherence to all company policies, processes and procedures
  • Comply with all the safety and health practices being implemented in the work place
  • Ensure compliance with the Quality management system
  • Perform other work related tasks that may be assigned from time to time


  • Must be a graduate of a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Behavioral Science or equivalent
  • With at least 2 years of experience as a recruiter, preferably in a manpower service providing company
  • Willing to work in Quezon City
  • Can start immediately
