Location: West Avenue, Quezon City

Job Description:

  • Bookkeeping of financial transactions
  • Preparation of Bank Reconciliation
  • Preparation of Financial Statements (Income Statements, Balance Sheets, Aging of Receivables, & Gross Profit Report)
  • Financial Analysis
  • Document Vouching – Check and validate payments and replenishment of fund
  • Tax Return and Mandatory Remittances Preparation, Filling and Payments:
  • Preparing schedules, forms and request for payments and file tax returns and remittances
    * Withholding Tax – Expanded (Monthly and Annual)
    * Withholding Tax – Compensation (Monthly and Annual)
    * VAT (Monthly and Quarterly)
    * Income Tax Quarterly
    * HDMF, SSS & PhilHealth
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as necessary.

Job Qualification:

  • Candidate must be a graduate of Accountancy or any related course in Banking, Finance and Management
  • With 1 year meaningful and related work experience in performing accounting functions
  • Willing to work at West Avenue, Quezon City
  • Willing to start immediately
