ADMIN ASSISTANT

Location: Taguig City

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist the Human Resource Department in Administering of Company Flights and Hotel Bookings
  • Assist the HRD in monitoring, control, and ordering of office supplies
  • Responsible for dealing with company inquiries, phone calls, phone transfers, etc.
  • Assist and Control of Clients, Guest, Applicant, and supplier to respective departments
  • Responsible for consolidation and distribution of mailed documents and items to respective departments
  • Assist the Human Resource Department on all Administrative concerns and tasks
  • Carry out instructions and other documentations
  • Reporting of any Admin concerns and issues for proper action and deliberation
