Childcare (Ortigas)

– Supervising the daily routine of children under care at their centre.
– Supervising the hygiene of children under care, by assisting them with toilet breaks, teaching them how to wash their hands properly etc.
– Supervising children under care in outside areas of their childcare facility, including play equipment, and sandpits etc.
– Preparing structured social activities for children to keep them occupied and develop their crucial and social communication skills.
– Entertaining children under care with their homework and other school-related activities to improve their educational focus.
– Assisting fellow child care workers with the general maintenance of the facility and with the preparation of games and other social activities under care.
–  Change the diapers of infants and toddlers
– Develop schedules and routines to ensure that children have enough physical activity, rest, and playtime
– Watch for signs of emotional or developmental problems in children and bring the problems to the attention of parents
