Job Position: Training Officer
Location: Quezon City
Job Description:

  • Identifying individual and organisational training needs through staff appraisals and meetings with managers
  • Designing, delivering and assessing training programs
  • Conducting training for internal and external employees
  • Creating training materials
  • Monitoring trainees’ progress
  • Developing appraisal schemes to match organisation needs
  • Making sure training is cost-effective and within budget


  • Must be a graduate of any Bachelor’s degree course, preferably with an NCIII in Housekeeping
  • Candidate must have at least 3 years of experience in training
  • Possess knowledge in training needs analysis
  • Must have good command of the English language
  • Willing to work in Quezon City
  • Available to start immediately
